Well, so much for the first attempt.  The second attempt is about spot on!  We took the sharp corners out and rounded them off.  Also used more of a rib design with much better wood this time!  After putting 2″ foam with memory foam over the top of that and it is so comfortable, just ask Kevin.  Of all the places he’s found to sit in the shop, he likes this chair the most (Kevin is the new shop help by the way).  Here are some pics.

The most comfortable computer chair you’ll ever sit in!  This is where our brainstorming got us.  It’s rough we know, but it’s a good start.   We’re going to have an electric ram in the back of the chair to recline the chair and make it even more comfy.  Coming to an eBay post near you soon ;)
